Not sure how old your light is, we have a Troubleshooting Video you can watch HERE, or you can mail us your light and we'll run a full diagnosis. Keep in mind, it should automatically turn on but only to 5% of the light's intensity, once it sees motion it takes about 2-minutes to get to full brightness. A lot of the time people stare at the light and don't think it's getting brighter but usually it is (slowly). I'd watch our troubleshooting video and give us a call or mail us your light if that video doesn't help. Sorry for your trouble, hopefully we'll get you fixed up quick.
